I twigged on to this in no time.....
Hope you've caught up on your sleep OK.
Have a nice day, Boonie
I am approaching
Midnight, yet I am wide awake
So fresh, your haiku...

I can see clearly through those branches. Very nice.
I love this, Caya! Too often we trudge straight ahead, looking down. Ahhh, if we only looked up, we would see the sky! It's a beautiful photo...
Sorry you were up so late--hope the baby wants to nap today! I was up half the night, too, anxiously watching tv about the tsunami and worrying about my sister in Hawaii...they're all right, but the horror in Japan is a nightmare...
Thanks everybody. Margaret, I hope you have heard from your sister and that she is safe.
Gorgeous haiku and photo. Happy Friday! Theresa
oh how precious is that ku... it is the beauty of branches that overwhelms one... every tree has opportunity.. now there is another.... ohhh babies... precious sleep you shall both sleep tonight...
dear one,
thank you for your honest haiku. so personal as to offer a look into the love of a mother's heart. devotion, compassion, willingness to be there.
i hope the morning was kind to you. glad you are looking up...and through the complexities of branches. sometimes when they appear the darkest, they are right beside you holding up the sky.
sending you love and renewal, and the weekend!
What a feast for these hungry eyes.
Dense, complex, moody and beautiful!
I remember those long nights. May you wake refreshed. : ) I enjoyed your haiku too.
I remember gazing through oak's dark branches at beautiful starry night singing baby's lullaby,
Happy Sleepy Days!
love Sue x
i do hope you catch up on some sleep! Lovely haiku and image. I am so drawn to trees and the stars.
So often we're so focused on where we think we're going that we miss the view and all the opportunities along the way.
Dear DeeAnn,
I love your haiku. when you think about it really trees are representative of so many things. You have a family and families are also signified by trees. looking through the branches of that tree you will also see a sky filled with the love of your children. I know it is hard. I have so much admiration for you and I am hoping that your life overflows with blessings.
xo,
Noelle
if, i wish she did.
thought provoking Haiku..
rest well,
you deserve happiness.
My dear,
I am hoping that you are alright. You have not blogged since the eleventh of March. Are the children alright? Are you doing well? I am just thinking of you. We have launched a fundraising drive for Japan. Come over to my blog and just have a look to get your mind off things. I hope you are well. Rebecca has a lovely letter from Japan on her blog.
xoxo,
Noelle
